John, this was really good, I listened twice! I have been studying economics lately and found this helpful! The story about Paul V. was fascinating. And the tone of the whole podcast…being judged by what you do, not your title and having the strength to lead. I was shocked to learn about the poor leadership at SVB. Finally, I had an awful experience once with Riesling, your story is much better!
